Toasted Sesame Chicken Stir Fry

Stir fry meals are one of our favorite quick and easy weeknight meals. The ingredients keep well in the freezer, and typically you can have dinner on the table in under 20 minutes if you remember to thaw the protein ahead of time! If not, a quick thaw in the microwave gets you back in the game.

While I often like to prepare my own stir fry sauces, I always keep some prepackaged sauces on hand for a pinch, like Campbell's Toasted Sesame Skillet Sauce. This delicious sauce cuts crucial minutes off my meal preparation, which can really make the difference when I need to get dinner on the table in a hurry.

Campbell's Toasted Sesame Skillet Sauce

Campbell's Skillet Sauces make dinner as easy as browning some chicken, tossing it in the flavorful sauce, and possibly boiling some pasta to serve it over. We typically like to round things out a bit by adding in some frozen stir fry veggies.

The frozen veggies add a negligible amount of cooking time, while adding extra vitamins and minerals, a pop of color, and make the meal a little more satisfying. This particular veggie mixture already had noodles in it, which made the meal even easier!

Toasted Sesame Stir Fry

Stir fry meals are a great way to use up leftovers, as well. I often toss in leftover veggies from earlier in the week and/or serve the meal over leftover coconut milk rice.

Toasted Sesame Chicken Stir Fry Skillet

Yield: 4 servings

Toasted Sesame Chicken Stir Fry Skillet

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2-lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
  • soy sauce, to taste
  • 6 cups frozen stir fry veggies
  • 1 package Campbell's Toasted Sesame Skillet Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned. While the chicken is cooking, sprinkle soy sauce over the chicken to taste.
  3. Add frozen stir fry veggies and cover. Cook until veggies and chicken are cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in Campbell's Toasted Sesame Skillet Sauce and warm through.
  5. Serve over cooked pasta or coconut milk rice.
