Cranberry Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Brighten someone’s day with these delicious chocolate chip oatmeal cookies filled with toasted pecans and dried cranberries! Crispy on the outside and soft and moist on the inside…



  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cream together butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Stir in water.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together oats, flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and cloves. Slowly add this dry mixture into the wet mixture, stirring until combined. Stir in the toasted pecans and dried cranberries. Then fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Using a medium cookie scoop, drop two tablespoons of dough per cookie onto a cookie sheet, leaving about 2 inches between cookies.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until just starting to brown.


Customize this recipe by using any of the following: 1/2 cup toasted nuts and/or 1 cup dried fruit and/or 1 cup chocolate chips or white chocolate chips.
