- 3 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
- Cut each sweet potato into slices about 1/4″ thick.
- Toss the sweet potato slices with the oil and Morton Season-All.
- Spread out on baking sheets in a single layer.
- Bake at 450 degrees for about 20-25 minutes, turning with a spatula as needed.
