Ingredients

  • 1 box Betty Crocker yellow cake mix with pudding
  • 1/2 cup rainbow mix candy sprinkles, halved
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 container Betty Crocker vanilla creamy ready-to-spread frosting

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, stir cake mix, 1/4 cup rainbow candy sprinkles, butter, milk and egg until a soft batter is formed.
  3. Using a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop 20 tablespoonfuls of batter onto ungreased large cookie sheet.
  4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or just until cookies are set. Remove from the cookie sheet; cool completely.
  5. Using a 2 tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop 2 tablespoons of frosting onto the bottom of 10 cookies. Top with second cookie, bottom side down.
  6. Roll the edges of the frosting in 1/4 cup confetti candy sprinkles. If desired, top each with a birthday candle.
