Low Fat Cream Cheese Fruit Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz.) pkg. Greek cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon half and half
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste (or pure vanilla extract)

Instructions

  1. Beat Greek cream cheese with a hand mixer or in a stand mixer until whipped.
  2. Add in brown sugar and vanilla bean paste and mix until combined.
  3. Add half and half and slowly combine, then whip until light and fluffy.
  4. Serve with your favorite fruit.
