Ingredients
- 2 (3.4-oz.) pkgs. Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 1/2 cup boxed yellow cake mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 cup Baileys Almande Almondmilk Liqueur
- 1 cup Pinnacle Cake Vodka
- 1 (16-oz.) tub Cool Whip, thawed
- 50 plastic condiment cups
- rainbow nonpareils sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Using an electric mixer, whisk together the pudding mix and cake mix in a large mixing bowl. Whisk in the milk and Baileys Almande until thoroughly combined.
- Stir the vodka into the pudding mixture.
- Fold in the Cool Whip until well combined.
- Divide mixture into 2-oz. plastic cups with lids using a medium cookie scoop, leaving some room for expansion. Sprinkle rainbow nonpareils on top, and cover with the lids.
- Refrigerate or freeze until ready to serve.
