These cool & creamy white Russian pudding shots are a delicious twist on your favorite white Russian cocktail... Baileys Irish Cream, Kahlua liqueur, and Pinnacle vanilla vodka are blended with vanilla instant pudding to produce delightful little cups of alcohol-infused pudding!

Ingredients
- 2 (3.4-oz.) pkgs. Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
- 1/2 cup Pinnacle Vanilla Vodka
- 1/2 cup Kahlua
- 1 (16-oz.) tub Cool Whip, thawed
- 50 plastic condiment cups
Instructions
- Using an electric mixer, whisk together the instant pudding mix, milk, and Baileys Irish Cream in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly combined.
- Stir the Kahlua and vodka into the pudding mixture.
- Fold in the Cool Whip until well combined.
- Divide mixture into 2-oz. plastic cups with lids using a medium cookie scoop, leaving some room for expansion.
- Refrigerate or freeze until ready to serve.
