    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. Combine the Knorr Chicken Broccoli Rice, boiling water, and 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese in a 13x9-inch baking dish. Stir in the broccoli, chicken, and onion. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
    3. Bake covered for 25 minutes. Carefully remove the aluminum foil. Sprinkle the casserole with the remaining Parmesan cheese and top with the mozzarella cheese.
    4. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. If you want the mozzarella cheese to be a golden color, pop the casserole under the broiler on high for about 2 minutes or until bubbly and browned.
