  1. In a clean medium-size glass mixing bowl, add the magnesium flakes, sea salt, and baking soda. Stir together until well combined.
  2. Add the jojoba oil and essential oils. Continue to stir until the oil is evenly distributed.
  3. Divide the DIY bath salts evenly among 3 (8-oz.) plastic containers.

How To Use Bath Salts


  • Run a warm bath and add 1/4 cup (or up to 1/2 cup) homemade bath salts to the water. Swirl the water around to mix the bath salts in thoroughly.
  • Relax and enjoy!
