  • 1 (16-oz.) bag coleslaw mix
  • 1 (8-oz.) bag shredded red cabbage
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons beau monde seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  1. In a small bowl, prepare the coleslaw dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise, buttermilk, milk, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, beau monde seasoning, and salt.
  2. Add the cole slaw mix and shredded cabbage to a large bowl. Pour the coleslaw dressing over the mixture, and toss well to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for an hour. Stir well before serving.
