neufchatel cream cheese
softened
▢
½
cup
light brown sugar
packed
▢

tablespoon
half-and-half
▢

tablespoon
vanilla bean paste
or pure vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
Beat Greek cream cheese with a hand mixer or in a stand mixer until whipped.
Add in brown sugar and, if using, vanilla bean paste or extract. Mix until combined.
On low speed half and half and slowly to combine. Then increase the speed and whip until light and fluffy.
Serve with your favorite fruit.
