Just three simple ingredients combine to make these delicious peach wine slushies: Moscato wine, frozen peaches, and confectioners' sugar. A frosty and fabulous wine slushie recipe that's a refreshing drink for the warmer weather summer months!
Add one bottle of Moscato wine, the whole bag of frozen peaches, and the confectioners' sugar to a your blender. Blend until completely smooth. If you use a sparkling wine, you may need to stir in any foam that's on top of the mixture before the next step.
Quickly pour the wine slush mix into silicone baking cups placed on a baking sheet. If the peach pulp starts to settle to the bottom of the mixture, give it a quick stir in between pours.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze until solid. At this point you can transfer the frozen wine cubes to a Ziploc freezer bag. Store them in the freezer until you're ready to blend the wine slushies.
How to make a wine slushie:
To make 2 servings: I use 10 silicone baking cup-size wine slush mix cubes, about one cup of Moscato wine, and a half cup of ice.
Place the frozen wine slush mix cubes in a high powered blender or food processor. Add additional Moscato wine for blending, and blend until the mixture reaches a smoothie consistency. For a true slushy texture, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again.
Pour into wine glasses, garnish with fresh fruit, and serve.
