Bring the outdoors inside with these easy indoor s'mores! All the same gooey marshmallow and melty chocolate, without the lingering smokey scent. Perfect for rainy days or really ANY days!
Adjust oven rack to highest position and turn on the broiler.
On a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil, lay out 4 graham cracker halves. Top each with one large marshmallow.
Broil the marshmallows for approximately 45 seconds until browned and soft. Keep a close watch as they can go from toasty to charred in no time flat!
Divide the chocolate bar into four pieces. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and place ¼ of the chocolate on top of each marshmallow. Pop the tray back under the broiler for about 15 seconds to slightly melt the chocolate.
Remove the tray from the oven, and place a second graham cracker half on top of each s'more. Enjoy!
