very ripe, mashed

unsalted butter
melted and cooled

roasted pecans

Instructions
Measure dry ingredients into a medium mixing bowl and whisk to incorporate.
Beat in wet ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Fold in the pecans.
Pour into a 9x5 loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 55-65 minutes. Test center with a toothpick to ensure it's cooked through.
If the top browns too quickly, cover with a foil tent for the remainder of the cooking time.
Cool before serving.
