How To Make Candied Bacon

All you need is a package of thick-cut bacon, finely chopped pecans, and real maple syrup… I like this organic pure maple syrup, but you can use any kind as long as it’s the real thing.

Simply dredge the bacon in the maple syrup, and then lay it on a wire cooling rack set on a baking sheet. Press the chopped pecans into the top of the bacon and bake for roughly 25-30 minutes.

That’s it — SO SIMPLE!! I like to drizzle a little extra maple syrup over the top of each piece of candy bacon after baking. Let cool for a few minutes, and it’s ready to serve…

PRO TIP: Did you know that you can use basically this same method to bake plain bacon in the oven? Learn how to bake bacon now!
