While this skinny raspberry margarita recipe comes a tad late for Cinco de Mayo this year, I’m sure we can come up with plenty more occasions to try it — girls’ night in, summer barbecues, or just because… Its refreshing raspberry flavor is perfect any time, special occasion or not!
Don’t assume based on the tropical pink color that this raspberry margarita will only appeal to the feminine persuasion. Admittedly my husband did roll his eyes when I first handed him one, but the color certainly didn’t deter him from asking me to make him another after sucking down the first!
